We had an amazing horsey holiday at Sandhole Farm, took 3 horses and stayed for 3 nights. Gorgeous accommodation, real treat to be able to watch the horses from the hot tub! The riding from the yard was stunning, easy to get into the forest then can ride for miles. Kelsall equestrian centre is well worth a visit too, fantastic gallops and farm ride! Huge thank you to Anna who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us to make sure we made the most out of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Snug. The booking process was simple and all the communications for arrival made everything super easy. When arriving the property was beautifully designed and presented. The guide provided by the hosts were super helpful as they gave lots of recommendations of restaurants and activities. We loved the enclosed gardens for our dog as it gave us peace of mind when we were using the hot tub. The hot tub was an amazing way to spend the evenings.

We have just returned from a lovely weekend in the Hayloft. With plenty of things to do in the area it was the perfect spot for us and our dog. Lovely place to stay - clean, quiet, views it had everything. The only thing I would say is it lacked in mirrors and no plugs next to the one mirror we did have which made getting ready to go out of an evening a little difficult. Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely return.

Beautifully designed, well equipped and charming cottage. Stayed with friends for May long week-end. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Not the cheapest accommodation but good value for such high quality. Other guests were benefitting from fantastic facilities to bring their own horses. Highly recommended.

Home away from home for us. Such a great find in a wonderful part of the country. Edit: here yet again! Honestly if you haven't stayed yet, do it!

Me and some friends booked this place for a reunion weekend. The booking process was really easy and communication after booking was spot on. The place was really easy to find and our unit was absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was ready to go and the owner showed us how to use it. The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking and the attention to detail in the entire place was amazing. It was also immaculately clean. This place was a great find and we will for sure come back!!!

Excellent location for a relaxing holiday. Superb standard accommodation and nothing is too much trouble. We've been twice now and will definitely be back.

These are the most beautiful holiday cottages ive been to they are what my perfect home would look like i love how tidy clean but homely they are owners are so polite and i would highly recommend that you try a vacation here you wont be disappointed x

Absolutely stunning, we stayed in The Snug and were blow away by how lovely the place was! It was so cosy and fresh with brilliant quality workmanship throughout. The hosts were lovely and friendly and we loved hearing the story of the conversion into cottages and a little history of the house. Would 100% recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back in the future!
